Jessica Bruzzichesi, MPAS, PA-C
Jessica is the founder of Mind Body Collective and is based out of St. Petersburg, FL.
Jessica is a Board-Certified Physician Assistant and former Registered Dietitian with over 25 years of combined experience in healthcare education, clinical research, outpatient community-based and private practice care. For the past decade, she has specialized in behavioral medicine, integrating lifestyle interventions with evidence-based psychopharmacology to address the root causes of mental health conditions through a whole-person approach. Although she treats both men and women, Jessica primarily works with women in perimenopause who are experiencing the mental health challenges that can arise during this transitional phase of life.
Jessica’s areas of specialty include depression, anxiety, mood disorders, binge eating disorder, perimenopause mental health support, including weight management, and provides health and lifestyle education to all of her patients.
Maureen Yates, LMHC
We proudly collaborate with Maureen Yates whom is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the Tampa Bay area with master’s degrees in Professional Counseling and Addiction & Recovery. For more than ten years, Maureen has worked with children, adults, and families across a broad range of clinical settings, including community counseling centers, residential treatment facilities, correctional institutions, behavioral health hospitals, outpatient clinics, nursing homes, hospice programs, substance use groups, and the criminal justice system. Maureen’s therapeutic approach is collaborative, trauma‑informed, and strengths‑based. Maureen prioritizes creating a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental environment where clients feel respected and supported as they explore their experiences. Maureen integrates evidence‑based strategies to help individuals build practical skills, strengthen emotional regulation, and restore a sense of agency. **Accepts most insurance plans
