Our care model integrates evidence-based medication management with targeted lifestyle interventions, including sleep optimization, nutrition, physical activity, and social connection strategies. We also offer specialized support for perimenopausal hormone-related symptoms and weight management using both pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic approaches

We have a special interest in women’s mental health, particularly in addressing mood changes and emotional challenges that can arise during perimenopause and menopause. Our goal is to help women navigate these transitions with clarity, balance, and confidence.

Whether through medication management, supportive therapy, or lifestyle-focused guidance, we strive to help our patients feel more grounded, capable, and connected to themselves again.

Our rates

  • Your first visit is a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation designed to understand you as a whole person, not just your symptoms. During this appointment, we’ll explore your current concerns, the history of your symptoms, and how they’re affecting your daily life.

    We’ll also review your overall health, medical and psychosocial history, and any previous medications or therapy you’ve tried. This allows us to identify the underlying factors contributing to how you’re feeling.

    Together, we’ll create an individualized treatment plan that may include medication management, therapy recommendations, and lifestyle strategies to support your long-term well-being.

  • This is a typical medication management visit. During this session, we’ll check in on your current symptoms, progress, and response to treatment. We’ll discuss any new stressors, adjust your plan as needed, and explore non-medication strategies that can further support your mental health and overall well-being.


    30 mins | $100 | Get started

  • This longer visit is ideal for clients who benefit from more in-depth support. It allows time for psychotherapy, lifestyle guidance, and a deeper exploration of factors such as sleep, nutrition, or executive functioning. It’s also well suited for those with more complex medical or mental health histories who need additional time for comprehensive care and planning.

Mind Body Collective operates as a self-pay practice, which allows us to offer more time, attention, and flexibility in your care.

Without the restrictions of insurance, visits are designed to be thoughtful, comprehensive, and tailored to you—focusing on the full picture of your mental and metabolic health.

We accept most major credit cards, including HSA and FSA cards.

If helpful, payment plans and package options may be available. We encourage you to discuss this with your provider so we can find an approach that feels manageable and supportive.

A superbill can be provided upon request for possible out-of-network reimbursement
