  • Your first visit is a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation designed to understand you as a whole person, not just your symptoms. During this appointment, we’ll explore your current concerns, the history of your symptoms, and how they’re affecting your daily life.

We’ll also review your overall health, medical and psychosocial history, and any previous medications or therapy you’ve tried. This allows us to identify the underlying factors contributing to how you’re feeling.

Together, we’ll create an individualized treatment plan that may include medication management, therapy recommendations, and lifestyle strategies to support your long-term well-being.

  • This is a typical medication management visit. During this session, we’ll check in on your current symptoms, progress, and response to treatment. We’ll discuss any new stressors, adjust your plan as needed, and explore non-medication strategies that can further support your mental health and overall well-being.

  • This longer visit is ideal for clients who benefit from more in-depth support. It allows time for psychotherapy, lifestyle guidance, and a deeper exploration of factors such as sleep, nutrition, or executive functioning. It’s also well suited for those with more complex medical or mental health histories who need additional time for comprehensive care and planning.

Insurance and Payment Options

We currently accept self-pay clients.
We are also in the process of becoming credentialed with several major insurance companies, and expect to begin accepting insurance plans in the coming months.

If you have a different insurance plan, many insurers offer out-of-network reimbursement for mental health services. We’re happy to provide you with a superbill or the necessary documentation to submit to your insurance company for partial reimbursement of your visit fees.

At times, you may need letters or forms completed for work, school, or other personal matters. We’re happy to assist with these requests. Because they require additional time, review, and documentation outside of scheduled appointments, certain administrative services are subject to a fee.

Return-to-work letter: $50
Emotional Support Animal (ESA) letter: $75

Forms and administrative requests are billed at a flat fee of $100 and may include:

• Academic or workplace accommodation forms
• FMLA paperwork
• Appeals for denied medication authorizations (when applicable)
• Patient assistance program documentation for manufacturer-supported medications
• Short- or long-term disability forms
• SSDI applications, including provider statements and supporting records
• Records requested by attorneys*

*Requests for records from attorneys are billed directly to the attorney’s office.
